Position Description 岗位描述：

The Human Resources Administrator provides personnel and administrative support to SCUPI. During the interaction with faculty, staff and students from the Institute, Sichuan University, and the University of Pittsburgh, the human resources administrator plays an active and supportive role in providing human resources management and administrative support for Institute-wide projects.

Duties and Responsibilities 主要职责：

• Assist foreign faculty members with their visa application, work permit and residence permit application协助外籍教师办理来华签证，工作许可证及居留许可证

• Manage recruitment, onboarding and employment termination process负责员工招聘，入职及离职手续办理

• Collect and maintain a variety of faculty and staff data收集整理教职工档案数据

• Greet visitors to SCUPI and coordinate with faculty business trip applications 接待学院访客，协调教职工因公出访事务

• Maintain human resources management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures. 根据四川大学人事管理条例更新管理学院员工政策及程序

• Assist in carrying out student activities and student recruitment协助开展学生活动和招生

Qualifications 招聘条件：

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Public Administration, Public Relation, Communications or other related fields, oversea diploma or working/intern experience from an English speaking country preferred人力资源、公共管理、传播学及其它相关专业研究生学历，拥有英语国家求学或工作/实习背景者优先

• High level of English proficiency 优秀的英语能力

• 2-3 years’ experience working with students at the collegiate level is a plus拥有2-3年高校学生工作经验者优先

• Strong presentation, communication and organization skills优秀的的演讲、交流及组织协调能力

• Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment拥有独当一面的工作能力及良好的团队协作能力

• Ability and willingness to travel 能够并且愿意完成出差任务

Employment Location: Sichuan University, Chengdu, China
