一、应聘人员基本条件

1.具有生物学相关专业的本科或以上学历，身体健康，吃苦耐劳，具有良好的团队合作精神，学习能力强，责任心强；

2.具有一定的英语听说读写能力，能够与实验室外籍PI进行流利的口头或书面交流；

3.能够在2018年11月之前上岗；

4.具有以下专长（或之一）的应聘人员将优先考虑：

（1）具有较熟练的分子生物学操作经验，如RNA提取，基因克隆、载体构建等；

（2）具有丰富的细胞培养、转染经验。

二、岗位职责

1.协助PI维持实验室的运转；其中主要包括负责订购实验试剂及耗材，并帮助PI申请研究经费，协助PI规划实验室财政支出及预算。

2.能够独立承担部分实验工作。

Job Description：

1.    We study the molecular and cellular mechanisms of Parkinson’s disease with genetically modified cells and knockout mice. Methods used include sub-cloning in E. coli, isolation of DNA and RNA, tissue culture, viral vector production and infection of mammalian cells, isolation of primary mouse cells, RT-PCR, Western blot, flow cytometry, immunohistochemistry, confocal microscopy, and mouse behavior.

2.    Technician is expected to carry out experiments exactly, effectively and with care, and maintain detailed and timely records of the work in a lab journal.

3.    Administrative duties include ordering of reagents, keeping records of orders and lab spending, helping with submission (forms) of research grants and university budgets, and handling of payments by university. 

4.    Technician/Administrative Assistant will work under the guidance and supervision of the principal investigator and/or other lab members.

Application Requirements:

1.    Applicants should have a Bachelor or Master degree in Biology or a closely related field and be interested to work in a dynamic research group.

2.    The position requires reasonable oral and written English skills for communication with the professor and excellent Chinese to work with university personnel.

3.    The selected candidate is expected to start work as soon as possible and not later than 1 November 2018.
