We look for a Full-time contract English Instructor to teach an advanced-level undergraduate English language enhancement course, to give students advices to improve their English, and help with some school level documents reviewing. The purpose of the course is to improve the students' ability in reading, writing and communication in English.

Requirements

We hope the successful candidates are the native English Speaker holding a Ph.D.in English Language & Literature, an academic ground of Economics preferred. It is better to provide evidence of successful instruction of junior or senior undergraduate courses in English. Experience with various pedagogical strategies, and are familiar with a post-secondary teaching environment. 

Necessary skills and attributes to be successful in this role include: 

✎Knowledge of design and development of undergraduate English courses. 

✎Knowledge of current educational technologies commonly found in classrooms (e.g., videoconferencing). 

✎Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook;

✎Student Focused;

✎Strong organizational skills; 

✎Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

✎Ability to build strong relationships across the organization; 

✎A high level of integrity, professionalism and accountability.
