根据上海科技大学教学工作的建设与发展需要，现诚招教学发展中心管理人员1名。
一、岗位介绍和应聘条件
主要职责：
1、充分了解教学规律，结合学科特点，为教师提供个性化教学咨询服务；根据教师需求，提供课程中期反馈服务，协助学院组织开展助教培训，提升教学质量。
2、充分了解多种课堂常用教学技术，包括多媒体网络信息化技术，为课程提供相应咨询服务和支持。
3、创建互动式教学空间，开展相关研究及培训活动，推动互动式教学、混合式教学的实践，和传统式课堂教学进行对比研究和分析。
4、基于上海科技大学人才培养的总目标，结合各学科的专业培养目标，建立以学习效果为导向的培养质量评估体系（learning outcome-based assessment）。为提高总体教育质量提供数据支持及指导建议。
5、完成相关工作的材料收集、汇总、整理、分析、总结等工作，撰写相关报告，定期反馈工作进展。
6、协助完成部门内其它的项目实施及行政管理工作。
招聘条件：
1、具有教育学相关硕士及以上学历（如教育学，教育管理学，教育心理学等相关专业），或具有至少2年以上教学经验或教学咨询经验。
2、在国内外知名高校从事过教学或教学管理工作，有至少1年以上的教育相关工作经验；高级主管职位需至少有5年以上国内外知名高校或研究所教学或学术相关工作经验。
3、优秀的中英文书面和口头表达能力。
4、热爱高等教育事业，了解国内外高等教育的现状和规律，熟悉教学工作，洞察教师成长与发展规律，具有大局观和开拓进取精神；具有国际化视野，有突破、改革和创新意识。
5、认真负责，具有良好的职业道德和优异的团队协作能力。
6、认同上海科技大学的办学理念、了解上海科技大学人才培养总体目标，致力于探索研究型创新型教学模式、提升高等教育质量。

Main Job Functions:
1. Teaching consultation and assessment
Provide 1-on-1 consultation service according to instructors' need; conduct midterm student feedback (MSF) service to support teaching improvement and innovation; establish learning outcome-based assessment system to benchmark and eva luate overall educational quality.
2. Instructional Technology and active learning development
Provide support to instructors in instructional technology and online/hybrid courses; responsible for fostering teaching resources and activities across campus; promote student-centered active-learning teaching pedagogy and related instructional technology.
3. Collaborate within center or across different departments to complete training and administrative related tasks; manage regular documentation including collection, analysis, summary to complete written or oral report for related activities.
4. Other administrative duties assigned.
Basic Requirement (fulfill one of the following)
1. M.S. degree or above in higher education or educational management related field
2. 2 years or above teaching experience in academic setting
Qualification:
1. For senior manager position, minimum 5 years of teaching experience or 5 years of teaching consultation experience or equivalent academic working experiences in highly accredited universities or institutions domestic or oversea is required.
2. Strong enthusiasm in improving higher education quality; familiar with either Chinese or U.S. higher education system, or both.
3. Proficiency in data collection and analysis.
4. Responsible, efficient, collaborative professional with excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.
