美国中华医学基 金会-中南大学精神卫生政策合作项目（CMB-Central South University Collaborating Program on Mental Health Policy）设立于2012年，其主要目的是通过培训、研究、提供技 术支持等途径促进中国精神卫生政策发展。本项目第二期从2015年开始，到2017年结束，主要内容之一是培训精神卫生政策研究领域的高级人才。

    本项目将在2015,2016和2017三年间，每年从中国大陆招聘博士后研究人员两名，从国外、港澳台招聘博士后研究人员一名。受聘的博士后研究人员参加国内外相关领域的专家在中南大学开设的讨论课，并在国内外导师的指导下完成一项与精神卫生政策相关的研究。研究课题可以自选，也可由导师组安排。

    国内受聘者可进入中南大学博士后流动站，为期两年，享受中南大学博士后研究人员的待遇，并根据情况享受项目小额补贴；不进入学校博士后流动站的国内外博士后研究人员，聘用时间为一年，项目支付大约1万美元的生活费用。项目将根据情况，资助博士后研究人员参加国内外精神卫生政策学术会议。

    申请者需具备以下基本条件：（1）学科背景为临床医学、公共卫生、卫生管理、公共管理、法学等相关领域；（2）进入博士后流动站的国内博士后研究人员必须具有上述学科的博士学位；不进入博士后流动站的国内外博士后研究人员，应拥有上述学科的博士学位或在医学本科毕业后获得上述学科的硕士学位；（3）具有良好的学术训练基础和学术表达能力，能用英文撰写学术论文和进行会议交流；（4）有以第一作者或通讯作者身份，在同行评审的英文学术杂志上发表过论文的经历；（5）年龄在40岁以下（1975年1月以后出生）。

Recruitment for post-doctoral researchers on Mental Health Policy
CMB-CentralSouthUniversity Collaborating Program on Mental Health Policy, initiated in 2012, aims to promote the development of mental health policy inChinavia tailored training, research, providing technological support, etc. This program started its second round in 2015 and will complete in 2017, with training senior professionals in mental health policy research as one of its major goals.
From 2015 to 2017, each year the program will recruit two post-doctoral researchers from Chinese Mainland and one post-doctoral researcher from overseas (includingHong Kong,MacaoandTaiwan). The recruited researchers are entitled to participate in the forums/workshops held in CSU with international experts, and complete a mental health policy related project under the guidance of mentors home and abroad. The project title could be the decision of the researcher or assigned by the mentor team.
The Chinese researchers can choose to join in the CSU Post-Doctoral Station for a two-year tenure and be entitled a proposal of benefit and additional subsidy by the program. Otherwise the researchers (either Chinese or overseas) will be funded $10,000 for life expenses by the program in the one-year tenure. Researchers will also be funded for international or domestic conference on mental health policy research.
The applicants should 1) have the background in relevant fields, including but not limited to clinical medicine, public health, health management, public management, law, etc.; 2) have a doctoral degree in above-mentioned fields to join in the CSU Post-Doctoral Station, otherwise a master degree in one of above-mentioned field after graduating from a medical school with a bachelor degree is a minimum requirement; 3) have been well trained academically with good communication skills and can do academic writing and communicate in English in conferences; 4) have published as first author or correspondence author on peer reviewed English journals; and 5) be born after 1975.
