一、院系简介

上海交通大学医学院由教育部和上海市政府合作共建，历经百余年的春华秋实和六十九载的风雨征程，医学院现已发展成为一所享有较高国际声誉，师资力量雄厚，优势特色明显，学术成绩卓著，集医、教、研以及社会服务全面发展的研究型、创新型院校，综合实力稳居全国前列，在多项学科综合排名中均位列全国医学院校首位。基础医学院是交大医学院重要的基础医学科研和教学基地。

组织胚胎学与遗传发育学系成立于2017年6月，作为上海交通大学医学院的重点发展方向之一，在科研布局上聚焦生殖医学、干细胞生物学、发育和遗传相关疾病三大领域，已经初步形成了一支结构合理、具有较强科研实力和创新能力的人才队伍。

二、招聘岗位和应聘条件

招聘岗位：组织胚胎学与遗传发育学系学科带头人

应聘条件：

1.遵纪守法，具有良好的思想政治素质和道德品质；热爱高等教育事业，具有强烈的工作责任心和良好的职业道德；治学严谨，作风正派；有良好的组织管理、决策协调和沟通能力；有学术单位管理和带领团队经验者优先；

2.具有生殖医学、遗传学、发育生物学及干细胞生物学等相关专业背景，年龄原则上50岁以下，在国内外高水平大学或研究所任教授/研究员，学术造诣深厚，研究成果丰硕，在学科领域具备较高的影响力。有丰富的教学经验者优先；

3.应聘者能全职到岗开展工作。

三、岗位职责

1.主持本学科的科研、教学、研究生和行政管理工作；

2.根据学院和系的发展规划和目标，组织制定本学科发展规划；形成面向国际学科前沿的特色学科方向；

3.负责本学科的师资队伍建设，培养结构合理、潜力巨大、凝聚力强的高水平师资队伍；

4.承担学院安排的其他管理和社会服务工作。

Discipline leader of the Department of Histoembryology, Genetics and Developmental Biology Wanted

I. Department Profile

The Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine was jointly built by the Ministry of Education and the Shanghai Municipal Government. With more than 100 years since its founding in 1896 and 69 years of ups and downs since 1952, the School of Medicine has developed into a research and innovation-oriented institute with an excellent international reputation, talented faculty members, distinct advantages, and outstanding academic achievements, all the while comprehensively integrating the development of medical sciences, teaching, research and social services. The School of Medicine ranks among the best nationwide in comprehensive strength and ranks top among medical schools nationwide in many disciplines. The College of Basic Medical Sciences is an important base for basic medical research and teaching in the Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine.

The Department of Histoembryology, Genetics and Developmental Biology (hereinafter referred to as “the DHGDB”) was established in June 2017. As one of the key development directions of Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine, the DHGDB focuses on reproductive medicine, stem cell biology, and developmental and genetic diseases and has formed a talented team with an efficient structure, excellent research prowess, and innovative capabilities.

Now, we would like to invite outstanding scholars interested in reproductive medicine, stem cell biology, and developmental and genetic diseases to join us to make new contributions in the cultivation of outstanding medical talents, the promotion of interdisciplinary exchanges and integration, and the development of the College of Basic Medical Sciences.

II. Vacancy and Qualifications

Vacancy:

Discipline leader of the DHGDB

Qualifications:

1. Candidates should be law-abiding citizens, politically correct, and morally upstanding; have a deep love for higher education, a strong sense of responsibility, and sound professional ethics; possess a scrupulous and honest attitude towards research and study; excellent at management, decision-making, project coordination, and communication. Experience in managing and leading academic teams is preferred;

2. Candidates should have a professional background in reproductive medicine, stem cell biology, and developmental and genetic diseases. In principle, candidates should be under 50 years old, served as a professor/researcher at top-level universities or research institutes in China or abroad, with excellent academic attainments, fruitful research results, and significant influence in the relevant disciplines. Extensive teaching experience is preferred;

3. Candidates should be able to work full time.

III. Job Description

1. In charge of the scientific research, teaching, postgraduates training, and administration of the discipline;

2. Formulate the discipline development plan according to the development plan and goals of the DHGDB and College; build a distinctive discipline in line with international norms;

3. Build the faculty of the discipline and related curriculum groups and promote an efficient structure for the faculty while ensuring great team spirit and bringing out the best in the staff;

4. Undertake other administrative work and social services arranged by the College.

IV. Compensation Package

We provide public institution staffing quotas and a competitive salary, and details will be subject to face-to-face negotiation.

V. Recruitment Process
