Position Summary
NYU Shanghai is looking for a short-term contracted Fellow, Library Administration for the Go Local program (May/June to December 2021).
The incumbent will assist the Library Director with:
● Procurement, receiving and billing payments;
● Financial tracking and reporting;
● Coordinating and directing office services;
● Handling facilities and space management related to the Go Local program;
● Other duties may also be assigned.
This position is excellent for graduate students or recent graduates looking to gain administrative skills in an international higher education environment.
Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Finance, Accounting or relevant fields;
● Experience in handling financial responsibilities;
● Experience in providing administrative support;
● Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese;
● Ability to work independently and in teams;
● Strong customer service orientation;
● Attention to details and having good problem solving skills;
● Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
