The Department of Organization Management at ACEM has a strong collegial culture and a group of faculty members committed to conducting leading-edge research. The research of our faculty has been published in top journals such as Academy of Management Journal, Academy of Management Review, Strategic Management Journal, Journal of Applied Psychology, and Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes.

Positions

The Department of Organization Management invites applications for tenure-track positions at the assistant, associate, and full professo 91ExaM.orgr levels in the areas of Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, Organization Theory, Business Ethics, and Corporate Social Responsibility.

Qualifications

All applicants should have earned a PhD in a relevant discipline from a recognized school upon appointment. Junior candidates should have a record of publishing or demonstrated capacity to publish in top-tier management journals (e.g., AMJ, AMR, ASQ, JAP, SMJ, and OS), and the ability to teach effectively at all levels. Senior candidates should have an established track record of published research in premium management journals and a record of successful teaching in MBA/EMBA programs.
