一、苏州校区简介

二、岗位职责

1.每学期承担大学英语、研究生英语听说课程。每周课时：14-16课时课堂教学+2课时课外辅导（45分钟/课时）；

2.认真执行教学大纲规定的各项教学与考核任务；

3.负责自编自选一些相关有意义实用补充教材；

4.批改作业，答疑学生相关问题；

5.积极配合参加英语语言教学的第二课堂的活动；

6.遵守教研组的各项规章制度。

三、应聘条件

1.热爱高等教育事业，遵纪守法，思想品德端正，工作作风严谨，具有良好的职业道德、职业素质、沟通能力和团队合作精神；

2.身体健康，年龄应当在55周岁以下；

3.母语或第一语言为英语，自英美加澳新等国家；

4.具有英 语语言文学、对外英语教学或语言学等相关专业硕士及以上学位；

5.至少要有2年对外英语教学工作经验（须出具正式证明材料），具有CLT、TESOL/EFL的证书优先考虑；

6.现居地在中国的优先考虑。

四、薪酬待遇

1.工资12000元/月（税前）,合同期限：一年（12个月，合同期满可续签）；

2.协助公共英语教研组负责人，组织安排教学与考核和开展与教学相关的语言与文化活动，则发放人民币1000元/月（与工资合并计税）;

3.根据教学评估成绩和聘期考核结果，每年发放15000-16000元（税前）教学奖励;

4.暑假(7、8月)带薪休假约8周，寒假(1、2月)带薪休假约4周；

5.为教师购买医疗险及意外伤害保险；

6.经聘期考核合格，根据考核结果等次续聘时薪酬合理上调；

7.中国境内签证办理费用（限每人每年一次）；

I. Introduction to Suzhou Campus, RUC

Suzhou Campus of Renmin University of China was officially established in September,2012. It is an important part and new growth point of Renmin University's overall development. It is the base for expansion and promotion of the advantageous disciplines of Renmin University.

II. Job Description

1. Teach English listening and speaking courses for undergraduates and graduates every semester. Weekly class hours: 14-16 class hours of teaching in classroom + 2 class hours of extracurricular tutoring (45 minutes/class hour);

2. Fulfill teaching and assessment tasks specified in the syllabus conscientiously;

3. Edit and select some practical supplementary teaching materials relevant to the course;

4. Mark homework and answer students' related questions;

5. Participate actively in the second-classroom activity of English practice;

6. Comply with the rules and regulations of the Teaching and Research Group.

III. Requirements

1. Passionate for higher education, abide by laws and regulations, work rigorously with good professional ethics, communication skills and teamwork spirit;

2. Healthy body and under 55 years old.

3. The mother tongue or first language is English, from countries including Britain, the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand;

4. Master’s degree or above in English language and literature, teaching English to speakers of other languages or related disciplines such as linguistics, literature etc.;

5. At least 2 years of working experience in teaching English as a foreign language (formal certification materials are required). Those who have CLT, TESOL/EFL certificates are preferred;

6. Current residence in China is preferred.

Ⅳ. Remunerations

1. The salary is 1, 2000 yuan/month (before tax), Contract period: one year (12 months, the contract can be renewed);

2. 1,000yuan/month more will be paid (before tax) if you assist the teaching director with arrangement of teaching, assessment or cultural activities;

3. Teaching bonuses of 15,000 -16,000yuan (before tax) according to the teaching eva luation and teaching assessments every academic year;

4. Summer vacation with pay (July and August) for about 8 weeks, winter vacation with pay (January and February) for about 4 weeks;

5. Medical insurance and accident insurance;

6. Reasonable salary increase for renewal according to the assessment results of last term;

7. Visa fee in China (once per person per year);
