Requirements

The applicants should have a strong commitment to teaching andresearch work. High-level talents with outstanding achievements andcurrent teachers from SLUC are welcome. Detailed qualifications seefollowing:

1.       A Ph.D. degree is needed. Applicants should be no more than 40years old. Age limit can be extended appropriately for outstandingones.

2.       Outstanding talent s from teaching field, holding teaching orscientific awards at provincial/ministerial level or above inrecent 3 years, are highly desirable.

3.       Talents ever recruited by “talents plan” or having papers cited byClass-A academic journal (recently recognized by SLUC) are needed.

4.       Talents ever supported by “the National Nature Science Foundationof China” (NSFC) or “the National Social Science Foundation ofChina” (SSFC) or “the National Science Fund for Distinguished YoungScholars” are welcome.

5.       The work unit should accept the application and check then transferit to Personnel Department. The Personnel Department shall organizeexperts from both inside and outside school to eva luate theapplicant’s academic capability and potentials. The PersonnelDepartment submits the application to supervisor for approval at last.
