Post Specification

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

1.      To be responsible for promotion of the College sports culture and activities;

2.      To manage the College sports teams to improve competition performance;

3.      To assist in managing student affairs, including student enquiries, complaints and emergencies;

4.      Participate in various of college programs, such as large events, student organizations, and other hostel management issues;

5.      To undertake any other duties assigned by the supervisor. Working during non-office hours will be needed.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1.      A bachelor’s degree, at least 1 year of sports management experiences, preferably with tertiary institutions;

2.      A National Level Two Athlete qualification or above is advantageous;  

3.      Strong organizational capability and adaptability, excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem solving skill;

4.    ;   Good written skills in both English and Chinese; proficiency in Office software.

Salary and Benefits

Salary will be competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointments will be made under the establishment of CUHK-SZ and statutory benefits will be provided according to the prevailing labor laws applicable in the PRC. The appointee will be based at the University campus in Shenzhen, PRC.
