（一）助教1名

岗位职责：

1.协助教授完成教学任务，做好教学服务工作；

2.按照教授和教学要求，用英语对学生提供专业的课程辅导；

3.负责作业和测验批改；

4.负责组织学生的学习讨论；

5.全面关心学生的学习、思想动态；

6.完成院领导和教授安排的其他教学工作。

岗位要求：

1.会计学、经济学、金融学或其它相关商科专业硕士；

2.必须有海外留学经历；

3.英语发音标准，口语流利；

4.表达能力、沟通能力强；有教学经验者优先；

5.热爱教育事业，工作主动，责任心强；

6.有耐心、积极、热情、有服务意识；

7.具有较强的团队合作精神。

（二）行政干事1名

岗位职责：

1.负责学院的行政管理、日常后勤事务；

2.负责教学计划的排课课程表的编制及考试相关的全部考务工作；

3.院里安排的其他行政事务。

岗位要求：

1.本科以上且有海外学习经历，专业不限；

2.英语听、说、读、写流利；

3.具有较强的文字功底、较强的写作能力；

4.性格开朗，沟通协调能力强；

5.敬业、工作积极主动、责任心强，有服务意识；

6.具有较强的团队合作精神和抗压能力。
