Post Specification

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate with ITSO to enhance PG relevant systems and make strategic recommendations based on actual business needs;

2. Responsible for data processing and analysis;

3. Provide data service support for Graduate School and other university units;

4. Assisting the Manager in supervisory role in the Graduate School;

5. Undertaking other tasks as assigned by the Dean / Manager.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. At least Master’s Degree related to data analysis and IT systems;

2. At least five years’ post-qualification administrative /IT experience;

3. Administrative experience at tertiary institutions is preferred;

4. Good writing and communication skills both in English and Chinese;

5. Good communication and coordination skills;

6. Ability to work accurately and pay attention to details;

7. Ability to work independently;

8. Team work consciousness.

Salary and Benefits

Salary will be competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointments will be made under the establishment of CUHK-SZ and statutory benefits will be provided according to the prevailing labor laws applicable in the PRC. The appointee will be based at the University campus in Shenzhen, PRC.
