遗传与发育协同创新中心（即2011中心）王久存-Jean Krutmann国际联合实验室主要研究方向为环境污染影响皮肤老化的分子机制，尤其是大气污染颗粒物对皮肤造成伤害、加速皮肤老化的遗传机制。现招聘博 士后一名，主要进行芳香烃受体（AHR，一种配体激活的转录因子）在环境诱导的慢性皮肤损伤中的作用机制研究。

合作PI简介：王久存：复旦大学生命科学学院教授，复旦大学风湿、免疫、过 敏性疾病研究中心副主任，硬皮病临床与研究国际协作网（InSCAR）执行委员，上海市免疫学会风湿免疫专业委员会委员，研究方向主要包括硬皮病、痛风、 强直性脊柱炎等风湿、免疫性疾病的分子流行病学研究及分子致病机理研究。Jean Krutmann： 德国杜塞尔多夫大学（Heinrich-Heine-University Düsseldorf）终身教授，德国莱布尼茨环境医学研究所所长，德国科学院院士（Member of Leopoldina），研究领域主要包括光皮肤学、光生物学及光免疫学，是享誉全球的皮肤学专家，紫外线A1光学疗法之父，在光老化领域的研究得到学术 界和工业界的普遍认可。

岗位职责与招聘要求：

1、细胞或分子生物学或生物医学相关方向博士研究生毕业；

2、过去五年内至少发表过一篇影响因子大于5的研究论文；

3、英语听说读写水平流利：博后入选者将赴德国莱布尼茨环境医学研究所进行为期3个月的培训及日常与德国合作导师的交流；

4、具有一定的领导能力、独立科研工作的能力及团队合作精神：将负责“环境污染影响皮肤老化分子机制”研究组的整体实验工作；

薪酬待遇：

1、入选博士后年薪（税前）不低于15万元/年，根据工作情况及研究进展将另有1-10万/年的奖励，其他待遇参照复旦大学博士后管理规定（详情请参考：http://www.hr.fudan.edu.cn/4816/list.htm）；

2、入选博士后将由2名中心PI王久存教授及Jean Krutmann教授共同指导开展协同研究；

The Joint international research team of Professors Jiucun Wang and Jean Krutmann is currently looking for an experienced and highly motivated postdoctoral researcher to build up and lead the group’s wet laboratory at the Fudan-IUF Collaborative Research Center for Genetics and Environmental Medicine (FIGEM), affiliated to Collaborative Innovation Center for Genetics and Development in Fudan University, Shanghai, China. Profs. Wang and Krutmann’s team is interested in the identific ation of the molecular mechanisms underlying strongly correlating gene-environment interactions. A special emphasis is put on the role of the aryl hydrocarbon receptor (AHR), a ligand-activated transcription factor, for chronic environment-induced skin damage, in particular skin aging.

The applicant should have a strong background in cell and molecular biological techniques, protein biochemistry and statistics. Experience in AHR research, skin biology or dermatotoxicology would be beneficial but are not mandatory. As the successful candidate is expected to lead the group’s wet laboratory in Shanghai, good leadership skills and a team-oriented and independent working style are necessary. An excellent knowledge of English is a must.

The successful candidate will be invited to an intensive hands-on-training (approx. 3 months) at the IUF – Leibniz-Research Institute for Environmental Medicine in Düsseldorf, Germany.

The contract duration will be 2-3 years with an average annual income of 150,000 - 250,000 RMB.
