04 職位要求 REQUIREMENT

1. 具有相關專業之博士學位/應屆博士學位畢業生

2. 大學將優先考慮具有相關教學經驗、較強科研能力或具豐富行業工作經驗之申請人

· Holder of a Doctoral Degree in related field from an accredited institution.

· Applicants currently studying in the final year of a PhD program are also eligible;

· Applicants with Teaching Experience, strong Research Skills, and relevant Industry Experience are highly preferred.

05 薪酬福利 RENUMERATION

大學將根據獲聘者的學歷、當前職位和專業經驗提供富有競爭力的薪酬福利。目前澳門所得稅率最高為12%，如符合條件可獲得一定程度減免，實際所得稅率約為5%至7%。

The remuneration and appointment rank offered will be competitive and commensurate with the successful applicants’ academic qualifications, current position and professional experience. The current local maximum income tax rate in Macao is 12% but is effectively around 5% - 7% after various discretionary exemptions.
