About SLH
College of Shanghai
Lausanne Hospitality Management (SLH) is a Sino-foreign
cooperative institution approved by the Ministry of Education and organized by Shanghai Business School
and EHL Business School of Switzerland. Based on the high quality teachers and
courses of EHL Business School,
the institution aims at the highest standard of hospitality management
undergraduate education, and fully introduces the advanced education concept of
EHL and the hospitality industry talent training mode. Students will have a
solid professional foundation, broad international vision, good foreign
language communication skills, international thinking and learning modes, and
be able to become high-quality talents 3in hotels, high-end health care, big data science and
other related fields of hospitality industry.

We are seeking to appoint Assistant
Professor/Associate Professor/ Professor globally in Business Administration
and Management Science, esp. Hospitality Management and E-commerce. The
successful candidate will work for the development of innovative and
leading-edge education and research programs in the field.

Duties and
responsibilities:
Teaching
●Participate
in planning and development of the teaching activities of education programs.
●Apply
innovative teaching materials and methods in teaching to ensure the quality and
standards.
Research
●Attend research and scholarship activities in the relevant fields.
●Conduct
high-quality research in relevant fields.
Practical Service
●Participate
in the college’s Sino-foreign cooperation and integration of industry and
education practice.
●Undertake

Education,
qualifications, and experiences:
The successful candidate should have:
●A PhD
degree or an equivalent doctoral degree;
●Discipline
in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Tourism, Management Science
and Engineering, Data Science, E-commerce, Computer Science and Technology or
in a related area;
●Self-motivated
for innovative teaching with knowledge of relevant developments in learning and teaching practices;
●Excellent
communication, presentation and personnel interaction skills;
●Strong
leadership, proactive and good initiates, be able to bring positive influence;
●Fast
learning abilities and
capable to find rooms for improvement and able to propose solution;
●Excellent
oral and written communication skills in English, French/German is a plus;
●International
working experiences and /or educational background is preferred;
●Working
experience in hotel management, E-commerce or information technology is
preferred.
教育、资格和经历：
●博士以上学历；
●工商管理、酒店管理、旅游、管理科学与工程、数据科学、电子商务、计算机科学与技术或相关领域的专业；
●具有教学实践的相关经验，能够积极主动地进行创新教学；
●具有优秀的沟通、表达和人际交往能力；
●具有较强的领导力，积极主动，能带来积极正面的影响；
●具有快速学习能力，能够发现改进空间并提出解决方案；
●具有优秀的英语沟通能力，具备优秀的法语/德语沟通能力者优先；
●具有海外工作经验或教育背景者优先；
●具有酒店管理、电子商务或信息技术工作经验者优先。
