ABOUT THE JOB
We are seeking to
appoint Assistant Professor/Associate
Professor/Professor globally in Business Administration and Management
Science,esp.Hospitality Management and E-commerce. The successful candidate
will work for the development of innovative and leading-edge education and
research programs in the field.

DUTIES &
RESPONSIBILITIES
Teaching
1. Participate in planning and development
of the teaching activities of education programs.
2. Apply innovative teaching materials and
methods in teaching to ensure the quality and standards.
Research
1. Attend research and scholarship
activities in the relevant fields.
2. Conduct high-quality research in
relevant fields.
Practical Service
Participate in the college's Sino-foreign
cooperation and integration of industry and education practice. Undertake
duties assigned by the College with high performance in execution.
EDUCATION,
QUALIFICATIONS &EXPERIENCES
The successful candidate should have:
● A PhD degree or an
equivalent doctoral degree;
● Discipline in Business
Administration, Hospitality Management, Tourism, Management Science and
Engineering, Data Science, E-commerce, Computer Science and Technology or in a
related area;
● Self-motivated for
innovative teaching with knowledge of relevant developments in learning and
teaching practices;
● Excellent communication,
presentation and personnel interaction skills;
● Strong leadership,
proactive and good initiates, be able to bring positive influence;
● Fast learning abilities
and capable to find rooms for improvement and able to propose solution;
● Excellent oral and
written communication skills in English, French/German is a plus;
● International working
experiences and /or educational background is preferred.
● Working experience in
hotel management, E-commerce or information technology is preferred.
