学院简介：

南方科技大学于2023年9月获批成为国家卓越工程师学院建设高校。学校于2023年12月会议讨论通过，正式成立国家卓越工程师学院（以下简称“学院”）。南科大按照国家卓越工程师学院建设要求，围绕半导体产业链中关键性技术问题，确定半导体物理与化学、半导体材料、半导体工艺与设备、半导体器件与集成等四大研究方向。学院将组建一支高水平、国际化的创新团队，积极推动产学研合作，为国家培养和输送卓越工程技术人才。

The National Graduate College for Engineers in Southern University of Science and Technology was officially established in 2023. In accordance with the national requirements, the college identifies four research areas or directions on semiconductor technology:

●Semiconductor physics and chemistry

●Semiconducting materials and materials for semiconductor processing

●Processing and equipment

●Devices and integration

The college aims to establish an international competitive innovation team, actively promote college-industry cooperation, and cultivate outstanding engineering talents in semiconductors.

招聘岗位及研究方向

招聘岗位涉及：教授/副教授/助理教授。招聘岗位研究方向包括但不限于：

●半导体物理与化学：面向产业前沿技术的半导体物理；变革性半导体材料与器件；面向半导体产业的化工技术；半导体器件和工艺中的基础物理与化学机理；前沿分析测试和量测技术等。

●半导体材料：硅基半导体CMOS集成电路芯片制造工艺关键材料及其核心原材料等;半导体材料缺陷分析；半导体薄膜生长；超晶格半导体材料等。

●半导体工艺与设备：高端图形化（光刻）技术及有序纳米制造等下一代光刻工艺与设备；集成电路制造工艺及设备开发；装备关键核心零部件等。

●半导体器件与集成：前沿CMOS器件；特殊工艺器件；新兴（颠覆性）前沿器件；器件与工艺建模集成；三维集成技术；先进封装技术等。

Recruiting positions: Positions are available at all levels (professor/associate professor/assistant professor).

Research directions include but not limited to:

●Semiconductor physics and chemistry: semiconductor physics; semiconductor materials and devices; chemical engineering for the semiconductor indu stry; fundamental physical and chemical mechanisms in semiconductor devices and processes; cutting-edge analysis testing and measurement techniques; and more.

●Semiconducting materials and materials for semiconductor processing: materials for the manufacturing of silicon-based CMOS integrated circuits; defect analysis of semiconductor materials; semiconducting thin film growth; heterogeneous integrating of semiconductor materials; and more.

●Processes and equipment: next-generation lithography techniques and equipment; ordered nanomanufacturing; next generation integrated circuit manufacturing process and equipment development; equipment development for etching, thin-film deposition, thermal processing, implantation, metrology, polishing; and more.

●Devices and integration: more-than Moore CMOS devices; emerging (disruptive) devices; design and technology co-optimization; 3D integrated circuits; advanced packaging technology; and more.

岗位待遇

Salary and benefits:

●Appointed as a professor of the following tracks: tenured or tenure-track (independent PI), research track, or professor of practice track at Southern University of Science and Technology. ●Qualified as a supervisor for Ph.D. or Master students, with preferential support for recruiting Ph.D. and Master students in the first two years.

Job qualifications:

●A PhD degree in a relevant field or discipline (Electronic Engineering, Microelectronics, Precision Engineering, Optical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, Physics, Applied Physics, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Computer Engineering, and others) from a globally recognized university. Priority will be given to those with outstanding industry contributions or practical engineering experiences. For applicants from industry, the educational background and academic records can be flexible upon demonstration of major industrial expertise and contributions.

●Demonstrated R&D capability in one of the four focus areas of the college.

●Capable of independently supervising graduate students.

●Proven ability to undertake tasks in research, teaching and industry collaboration.
