1. Introduction to Sun Yat-sen University

Basic Requirements: abide by laws of the State and observe rules and regulations of the University; comply with academic norms; possess a rigorous attitude of scholarship; pay heed to teamwork; dedicated and responsible; possess the knowledge, capability and accomplishment catered to respective post, and meet either of the following requirements:

For Specially-appointed Researcher: lecturer, assistant professor or of equivalent or higher positions at domestic/overseas prestigious colleges/universities or research institutes.

For Specially-appointed Associate Researcher: excellent doctor or post-doctor at domestic/overseas prestigious colleges/universities or research institutes.

4. Salaries and Benefits

Sun Yat-sen University will provide the hired with competitive salaries and benefits in the respective field in accordance with the market economy principle. The remuneration of specially-appointed researcher and associate researcher ranges from 190,000—360,000 RMB/year, and the research team will&nb sp;reward its researcher with bonuses for his/her contributions within the employment.
