根据自己目前的研究方向和兴趣（文学和汉学）设定课题开展合作研究。
It is hoped that the applicant with literature and sinology background can assist in my research and initiate new projects in the cooperation process.

二、对博士后申请人的资格要求
Qualifications of the post-doctoral applicants
申请人在相关专业获得博士学位，并取得一定的科研成果。
期望申请人已经接受过严格的文学、海外汉学以及学术写作训练。同时，也期望申报人属于易于合作类型的人。
The applicant is expected to have already received rigid training in literature or sinology and has been well-trained in academic writing.
It is also expected that the applicant is agreeable personalities.

三、对博士后在站期间的成果要求（论文、论著，取得基金、奖励或专利等）
Responsibilities during the term of employment refers to the following aspects: papers, books, funds, awards, patents, etc..
申请人在站期间至少要发表2篇学术论文（其中1篇为核心刊物论文）和申请一项教育部博士后研究基金项目，并积极努力参与老师合作申请一个项目；或在站期间至少要发表3篇学术论文（其中2篇为核心刊物论文）。
The applicant, while working as the postdoctoral researcher, will have to publish at least two research papers (one has to be core journal article) and apply for a postdoctoral research fund offered the Ministry of Education. At the same time, this person will need to work closely with his/her supervisor in order to apply for the funding of a project. Or the person will need to publish three academic papers (two core journal articles at least).
