The School of Entrepreneurship and Management (“SEM”) aims to be the intellectual center for all things related to innovation and entrepreneurship in China and globally.

To that end, SEM is seeking to create strength in a few select academic disciplines Economics (including Finance), Management, Marketing, Innovation and Entrepreneurship, as well as in a number of interdisciplinary research groups including one focusing on various aspects of human behavior in social, political and economic contexts, one on the future of smart cities, and one focused on the science of innovation. 

We are particularly interested in making core appointments in the areas of experimental economics, finance, psychology, entrepreneurship, innovation, decision theory, statistics, and experimental philosophy.

In addition, we have authorized a number of tenured/tenure track and non-tenure track positions, including visiting positions for suitable scholars who are committed to interdisciplinary research, collaboration and the study of human behavior from a number of different perspectives: including economics, psychology, philosophy, decision theory, cognitive science and sociology/anthropology.  

Finally, in the fields of innovation and entrepreneurship, we are looking for accomplished entrepreneurs, investors, designers, musicians (preferably with PhDs), and other innovation practitioners to join our team as part-time or full-time faculty.

For tenured/tenure track and research positions, junior candidates should have completed the PhD prior to the fall of 2016.  Candidates for senior positions will be expected to display a record of appropriate achievement.
