一、院系简介

城市与环境学院以地理学为主体，包含环境科学、生态学、城乡规划等多个相关学科，具有理、工、文多学科交叉的综合优势。拥有地理学国家一级重点学科，自然地理和人文地理两个国家二级重点学科，2011年与校内其他学院联合建设了首批生态学一级学科。有地理学国家理科基础科学人才培养基地、地表过程分析与模拟教育部重点实验室。

学院下设5个系和1个研究所，即城市与经济地理系、城市与区域规划系、环境学系、生态学系、自然地理与自然资源系、历史地理研究所。拥有一支优秀的学术团队，共有教学科研人员82人，拥有“环境生物地球化学”“中国陆地植被的时空格局与生态功能”“区域环境污染的生态健康风险”三个国家自然科学基金委创新研究群体项目。

学院继承了以侯仁之先生为代表的老一辈学界泰斗的学术思想，一大批中青年学术骨干活跃在资源、环境、生态和城乡规划等各个领域，既推动着地理学及相关的资源、环境、生态和城乡规划等学科的理论创新，又为国家的可持续发展做出了贡献。

Job Opportunities in the College of Urban and Environmental Sciences at Peking University

The College of Urban and Environmental Sciences (CUES) has five departments and one center，including the Department of Environmental Science, Department of Ecology, Department of Physical geography and Natural resources, Department of Urban and Economic Geography, Department of Urban and Regional Planning, and the Research Institute for Historical Geography.

The College of Urban and Environmental Sciences at Peking University invites applications for faculty positions at all ranks in human geography, urban and regional planning, physical geography, environmental sciences, geomorphology and quaternary geology, historical geography. The successful candidate will hold a Ph.D in relevant disciplines, with an outstanding record of scholarly international publications demonstrating strong expertise in related areas, a demonstrated excellence in teaching, and a good command of English. The successful candidate will be highly recognized internationally and will be able to provide leadership for the related disciplines in the college.
