PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

主要工作职责：

1.Design and develop the 3D NAND Flash test methodology from the first silicon to HVM;

2.Architect, develop and validate the controller and client solutions for the in-house and 3rd party test platform on Windows and Linux platform using Agile methodology;

3.Develop applications with common storage protocols for example, USB, UFS, EMMC, SATA, NVME or PCIe;

4.Develop product verification software for a system with components like FW, PCB, ASIC and FPGA;

5.Analyze and correlate data for yield enhancement and TTR;

6.Troubleshoot hardware/software issues using logic analyzers and protocol analyzers;

7.Collaborate closely with global engineering community to drive resolution for challenging issues;

8.Responsible for successful production launching and communicate technical product status to management.

REQUIREMENTS

 职位要求：

1.Bachelor's degree or above in Electric Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Engineering/Science, or related field;

2.Experience in driver development;

3.Exposure to the Agile Development Methodology;

4.Experience with ATE HW development Experience with high volume production testing of Memory devices;

5.Experience with statistical analysis in semiconductor test development;

6.Experience with Java, C/C++ and assembly program development;

7.Scripting experience with languages such as Python;

8.Strong problem-solving/debugging skills;

9.Solid verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English;

10.Motivated, self-directed and able to work effectively both independently and in a team.
