Act as an efficient problem solver to identify, analyze and solve the clients’ issues by providing the solution in various HR practices such as total rewards, performance, talent management, organization transformation etc

Job Responsibilities：

1. Participate as an analyst with consultants and overseas boutiques in all kinds of projects, capture Mercer methodologies and localize them in China market, and sort out project meeting minutes;

2. Conduct desk research including but not limited to investment market, pension and insurance asset management industries;

3. Carry out research work on asset allocation, fund research, portfolio construction and post-investment monitoring;

4. Assist in report productions/proposals/reporting materials in Chinese/English;

5. Organize, classify and analyze data according to research/project requirements;

6. Conduct market and client research;

7. Complete other works assigned by consultants.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, graduate in 2020, major in finance, economics, mathematics, statistics or others related, excellent academic performance, excellent English reading/writing/communication ability, also willing to take CFA or other professional qualification certifications;

2. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Wind and other software required for work;

3. Internship experience in consulting / asset management and other related industries is preferred;

4. Ability of data collection, sort, analyze and deliver reports;

5. Positive learning consciousness, fast learning ability, excellent language expression, rigorous logical thinking, good communication and coordination ability, and dare to innovate;

6. Strong interest and enthusiasm in investment/advice business, and be able to actively participate in work;
