岗位详情：

Job Description:

Pls note that the role of executive assistant will be your major role in the first two years. After that, your performance and competence will be re-eva luated and you will expect a further career development to other functions based on the result of this eva luation.

1. Proactively manage supervisor’s calendar with the utmost attention to accuracy and timelines regarding travels, appointments, and meeting schedules

2. Arrange and coordinate meetings, travel plans end to end including the proactive anticipation of all logistics and itineraries.

3. Effectively handle multiple priorities with a calm, professional and willing attitude

4. Consolidate reports and support presentation when needed.

5. Act as a key contact and coordinator for visitors, travels, transportation and meetings

6. Maintain strict confidentiality at all times on all matters.

7. Support other admin and business activities as assigned by the supervisor

Job Requirements :

1. Position is only open to fresh graduates in 2022 and 2023

2. Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese. Knowledge of German will be a plus.

3. Willingness to learn new things and ability to grasp new concepts quickly

4. Excellent presentation and project management skills

5. Excellent Microsoft Office skills
