What We Do

职责描述：
负责银行行政楼层日常接待管理工作包括但不限于：
- 外部客户的访问安排及接待工作；
- 负责行政楼层的布置及装饰；
- 行政楼层会议或活动项目开展；
- 会议、宴会和餐饮管理及服务工作；
- 管理楼层服务人员；
- 积极维护行政楼层环境，确保服务设施及设备的良好运转；
- 密切关注行政楼层动态，异常情况及时上报；
- 负责供应商及物品管理；

任职要求：
- 具备五星级酒店行政楼层、餐厅宴会管理及接待经验；
- 良好的沟通能力；英文流利优先；
- 气质优雅，品貌端正，具备良好的服务意识及协调能力
