根据《2017年度宿州市埇桥区事业单位公开招聘人员公告》,现就资格复审有关事项通知如下:
一、资格复审对象
资格复审对象根据各岗位招聘计划数,在同岗位笔试达最低分数线60分的考生中依据笔试成绩从高分到低分按1:3的比例确定,最后一名如有数名考生笔试成绩相同的,一并确定为资格复审人员,不足规定比例的按实际人数确定。(名单见附件)
二、资格复审的时间和地点
(一)各岗位资格复审时间:
2017001-2017040岗位的资格复审时间为2017年12月20日;
2017041-2017064岗位的资格复审时间为2017年12月21日;
(以上时间均为每天上午8:00—11:30,下午14:30—17:30);
(二)资格复审地点:埇桥区人力资源产业园二楼会议室(磬云路与纺织路交叉路口东200米路南)。
三、需提交的证件及有关材料(验原件,留复印件,请考生自行准备):
1.本人有效居民身份证、学历(学位)证书、笔试准考证、招聘岗位规定要求的相关证书、工作经历证明和报名资格审查表等材料。
2.属已修完教学计划规定全部课程、各科成绩合格、2017年毕业尚未取得学历(学位)证书的人员,可凭学校或省、市教育主管部门出具的书面证明和有关证件材料以及本人关于毕业证书专业与报考岗位专业一致的书面承诺办理资格复审。至2017年12月31日仍不能提供学历(学位)证书原件,或原件与证明材料不一致的,取消聘用资格。属国外教育学历的,还要出具教育部门的学历认证、我国驻外使领馆的有关证明材料。
3.机关、事业单位在编正式工作人员还须按干部人事管理权限提供单位和主管部门同意报考的书面证明(范本见附件2)。属服务期内的基层项目人员,还需提供服务单位和项目主管部门同意报考的书面证明。
四、其他注意事项
1、请各位考生务必按规定时间参加资格复审,逾期不参加资格复审的,视为自动放弃。
2、凡与报考资格条件要求不符或不能按规定提供证件材料的,取消其参加专业测试资格,由此出现人选缺额的,按规定等额递补后再进行资格复审。
3、资格复审需考生本人亲自办理,无特殊原因不得委托他人办理。
4、请各位考生密切关注埇桥区人力资源和社会保障局网、埇桥区政府网,资格复审递补、专业测试、体检、考察、公示等相关信息均在以上网站发布。
