中山大学肿瘤防治中心（中山大学附属肿瘤医院、中山大学肿瘤研究所）成立于 1964 年 3 月，是

新中国成立最早的四所肿瘤医院之一。中心是全国规模最大、学术力量最雄厚的集医疗、教学、科研、

预防于一体的肿瘤学基地之一，学科地位、综合实力居全国领先水平。现实际开放病床数 1489 张，设

有 32 个业务科室，8 个职能处室，2 个研究科室。2016 年门诊量达 83 万余人次，出院人数近 9.4 万余

人次，医疗业务量居全国肿瘤专科医院前列。医疗技术水平领先，拥有软硬件条件亚洲一流的放射治疗

中心、开展多个专科手术机器人微创手术。中心是国家重点学科（肿瘤学）、国家重点实验室（华南肿

瘤学国家重点实验室）。科技影响力稳居“中国医院科技影响力排行榜”（肿瘤学）前两位。共有 75

个项目获得省部级以上科研成果奖励，其中包括国家自然科学二等奖 1 项、国家科技进步二等奖 4 项等。

主办英文学术期刊 Chinese Journal of Cancer，2014 年被 SCI 收录，2016 年影响因子 4.111，在国

内被收录肿瘤学期刊中位列第一。中心以优秀的文化引才、聚才，凝聚高水平的医教研队伍，现有员工

于肿瘤防治研究事业的优秀博士毕业生加入！招聘事项如下：

一、 招收条件：

1、取得博士学位，品学兼优，身心健康，具备较高的学术水平和较强的科研能力。

2、首次进站人员年龄一般在 35 岁以下，博士毕业不超过三年。

3、科研博士后原则上不接受在职人员的申请。

4、在本校获得博士学位的毕业生，不得申请进入校内相同一级学科的流动站。

二、福利待遇：

1、年薪 20-25 万元（税前）

2、缴纳五险一金。

3、解决广州市户口。

4、在站期间业绩优秀，可申请本中心专职科研人员职位；在站期间发表 IF 10 以上论文，可根据岗

位需要，申请调入。

三、 出站要求：在站期间发表 IF 3.0 以上 SCI 论文 1 篇以上，获得科研基金 1 项以上。

四、招聘人数及期限：100 名，常年招聘，额满为止。

五、招聘程序

1、申请者选择合作导师，与导师沟通，确定合作意向。导师信息及专业要求见附件，也可在中山

大学【博士后之家】或本中心官网【名医名家】查阅。

2、投递简历。申请者可选择以下三种方式投递简历：（1）将简历发到合作导师邮箱；（2）将简

历上传到在本中心诚聘英才/博士后岗位；（3）将简历发到由本中心人事处老师邮箱，由人事处老师推

荐合作导师。

3、进站面试。由本中心博士后管理小组专家对申请者进行面试（国外申请者可进行视频面试）。

申请者须做 15-30 分钟学术报告，主要内容包括申请者的基本情况，以往研究工作经历，今后的研究方

向，以及与合作导师研究方向一致性等。

4、提交材料。申请者根据中山大学博士后之家/博士后进站材料一览表要求，进入中国博士后网进

行网上申报；准备好相关材料，提交本中心人事处老师审核。

5、上报审批。由本中心人事处对应聘者提交的材料进行初审，通过初审的材料再提交中山大学博

士后管理办公室审核，最后报广东省人事厅审批。此过程约需一个月左右。

Postdoctoral Positions

Sun Yat-sen University Cancer Center (SYSUCC) was established in 1964 and is one of the four

earliest tumor hospitals in China. SYSUCC is leading the way on a national frontier. It is

the largest integrated cancer center in the whole of southern China for cancer care, education,

research and prevention.SYSUCC is a modern medical service provider equipped with 1489 ward

beds, 32 clinical departments, 8 administrative offices and 2 research departments. In 2016,

the center performed 830,000 out-patients consultations and 94,000 patients were hospitalized,

providing the largest volume of cancer medical service in China. Equipped with state of the

art medical technology, SYSUCC has a premier radiation therapy center and recently introduced

the da Vinci robot for minimally invasive surgeries.Sun Yat-sen University Cancer Center has

been awarded many prestigious titles: the National Key Disciplines (Oncology), the State Key

Laboratory (SKL) of Oncology in South China, etc. SYSUCC has always closely combined its

clinical and research attributes, ranking top two in the Chinese Hospital of Scientific Impact

Ranking.Altogether, seventy-five projects have been awarded with scientific achievement

awards of provincial level or above, including one project with the second prize of “National

Natural Science Award”, four projects with the second prize of “National Science and

Technology Progress Award”. SYSUCC houses the editorial office of the Chinese Journal of Cancer

(CJC). In 2014, CJC became Science Citation Indexed (SCI), and its impact factor of 2016 reached

4.111, ranking first among the national journals of Oncology.With over 2,760 staff members,

Sun Yat-sen University Cancer Center has recruited a talented team for patient care, education

Eligibility Requirements:

1. Good general health, with a doctor’s degree, high academic achievements and strong

research ability

2. For recent PhD graduates: you must be under the age of 35 and have completed your PhD

degree within the last 2 years.

For Post-docs from industry, postdoctoral bases, and abroad, foreign or outstanding

applicants: must be under the age of 40.

3. To commit to a full-time employment position.

4. For SYSU PhD graduates only: you must not apply to the Postdoctoral Training Station

for the same discipline.

Requirement for Postdoctoral Training Completion
