1996年：10月10日 上海瑞金一路131店开业。

On October 10, 1996, No.131 shop was opened in Ruijinyi Road, Shanghai.

2000年：上海港汇广场店开业。

In 2000, Shanghai Ganghui plaza shop was opened.

2002年：热风进驻北京，北京中粮店开业。推进第二代形象门店。

In 2002, hotwind entered Beijing market and opened Beijing Zhongliang shop, aiming to promote the development of the second-generation image stores.

2006年：进驻上海五角场万达广场，与万达商业地产形成战略联盟。

In 2006, hotwind entered Shanghai Wujiaochang Wanda Plaza to form a strategic alliance with Wanda Commercial Properties.

2009年：推进第三代形象门店。

In 2009, hotwind promoted the development of the third-generation image stores.

2011年：热风入选2011中国高成长直营连锁企业20强；入选2011中国年度创新成长企业100强。

你将拥有一套完善的管理能力培养方案，会在业务流程、商品管理、环境管理、服务管理、人员管理、财务管理等方面获得系统全面的培训和实践历练，通过“师徒制”培养，最快13个月成长为一家门店的店长。此后你可以继续晋升到运营更高的管理岗位，或更多元的机会发展成为专业型人才。

工作描述

1、销售管理：带领团队实现公司规定的销售指标。

2、人员管理：团结、协调团队成员，创造和谐工作环境，关心、帮助同事成长。

3、服务管理：培养服务意识，带领团队不断提升服务水平。

4、商商品管理：管理门店各类商品的销存信息，使实物与系统的数据差异最小化。

5、环境管理：保持环境整洁、干净、有序，创造良好的购物环境。
