Quality Program Management（重庆）

Responsibilities:

• Coordinates a project within a program involving one or more functions and project teams to promote quality culture and drive the quality improvement process for products or service offerings.
• Develops portions of support requirements for assigned project, including budgets, and resource allocation plans, in accordance with provided plan and specifications.
• Coordinates the activities of associated project teams; tracks progress against established plans, reports results, and makes recommendations for alterations or updates to program manager.
• Supports program communications, including creation of status reports and summaries, tracking escalations and resolutions of issues, coordinating stakeholder meetings and updates, and updating project and program plans.

Education and Experience Required:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Quality Management, Business Management, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent.

机械工程师

Responsibilities:

• Provides domain-specific expertise in mechanical engineering and overall engineering leadership and perspective to inkjet printer related mass production solutions activities, including yield efficiency, quality management and cost savings, etc.
• Manages and optimizes inkjet printer related manufacturing solutions with internal and outsourced partners on engineering design and development.
• Reviews and eva luates designs and project activities for compliance with technology and manufacturing efficiency; provides tangible feedback to improve product quality and manufacturing cost.
• Drives innovation and integration of new technologies into projects and activities in the engineering designs and manufacturing processes.
• Reviews and drives engineering solutions for field quality escalations.
• Provides guidance and mentoring to MPa engineers.

Education and Experience Required:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or other Engineering, or equivalent.
