北京石墨烯研究院（BGI）是在北京市政府支持下，由北京大学联合产业界和社会资本于2016年10月25日发起成立的专注于石墨烯产业核心技术研发与服务的新型研发机构。BGI坐落于北京市海淀区中关村翠湖科技园，建筑面积9600平方米，毗邻上地、中关村商圈和翠湖国家城市湿地公园，交通便利，环境优美。

一、岗位要求

（一）机械仿真工程师

岗位职责：

1、压力容器设计；

2、非标准零件设计；

3、机械强度分析及优化；

4、整理并分析实验数据，形成系统的文字报告，定期汇报讨论以调整研发方向。

任职要求：

1、硕士及以上学历，机械、化工、固体力学等相关专业；

2、善于学习，具备良好的沟通协调、自我管理和团队协作能力，工作认真负责，善于合作，具有较强的创新能力、责任意识和抗压能力；

3、能够熟练使用ANSYS分析软件。

（二）流体仿真工程师

岗位职责：

1、流场和温度场耦合仿真计算分析；

2、理解和掌握有限元原理，根据实际实验结果指导产品工程设计；

3、整理并分析实验数据，形成系统的文字报告，定期汇报讨论以调整研发方向。

任职要求：

1、硕士及以上学历，流体力学等相关专业；

2、善于学习，具备良好的沟通交流能力，富有责任心，有一定的抗压能力；

3、能够熟练地整理数据，熟练使用ANSYS分析软件。

（三）电气工程师（设备开发方向）

岗位职责：

1、根据工艺要求，制定设备的具体电气设计方案，绘制电气原理图，负责电气元件的选型，保证其满足技术协议要求；

2、根据设备和产品的需要，开发和设计PLC控制程序；

3、制订和实施相关实验方案，并提出设备的改进意见；

4、协同机械设计人员，工艺人员，完成设备生产、改造升级、组装调试工作；

5、协助进行新设备的搬入、安装、调试并进行验收。

任职要求：

1、五年以上工作经验（根据学历工作年限可放宽），有半导体、光伏、液晶显示等行业真空镀膜设备相关开发经验优先；

2、熟悉精密设备的自动控制系统及应用，熟练使用PLC、伺服电机、液压等控制软件，有设备加热、射频(等离子体)、真空、传动等控制经验优先；

3、会使用C++，C#，JAVA，会在Windows和LINUX系统下编程，会使用数据库；

4、具备一定的英文读写能力，能看懂相关文献；

5、具有较强的沟通能力、团队协作能力、亲和力，执行力。

二、教育背景要求

电气工程、自动化、机械电子等相关专业背景，硕士以上学历，本科学历具有丰富工作经验亦可。

(1) Mechanical simulation engineer

Responsibility

u      Pressure vessel design；

u      Costumed production design；

u      Strength analysis and optimization；

u      Experimental data statistical analysis.

Job requirements

u      Master degree at least in mechanical engineering, chemical engineering or related majors; 

u      Good sense of community and anti-pressure ability；

u      Familiar with ANSYS or other FEM soft wares；

(2) Fluid simulation engineer

Responsibility

u      Simulation focusing on flow filed and mechanical-thermal coupling response；

u      Familiar with FEM theory and give the guidance for commercial process；

u      Experimental data statistical analysis.

Job requirements

u      Master degree at least in hydro mechanics；

u      Good sense of community and anti-pressure ability；

u      Familiar with ANSYS or other FEM soft wares；

(3) Electronic Engineer (Equipment R&D)

Responsibility

u      According to the process requirements, formulate the electrical design scheme of equipment, draw the electrical schematic diagram, responsible for the selection of electrical components, to ensure that they meet the requirements of the technical agreement.

u      According to equipment and product needs, develop and design PLC control program.

u      Formulate and implement relevant experimental programs, and put forward suggestions for equipment improvement.

u      Cooperate with mechanical designers and technicians to complete equipment productions, transformation and upgrading, assembly and debugging.

u      Assist in the moving, installation, debugging and acceptance of new equipments.

Technical experience requirements

u      More than 5 years working experience (can be extended according to education), experience in semiconductor, photovoltaic, LCD and other industries vacuum coating equipment development is preferred.

u      Familiar with automatic control system and application of precision equipment, proficient in PLC, servo motor, hydraulic control software, equipment heating, rf (plasma), vacuum, drive control experience is preferred.

u      Can use C++, C#, JAVA, can program on Windows and LINUX system, can use database.

u      Ability to read and write in English and understand relevant literature.

u      Strong communication skills, teamwork, affinity, execution.

Educational background requirements

    Master degree at least in electrical engineering and automation engineering and mechatronic engineering majors or related. Bachelor degree with rich experiences is required.
