* 4 year Bachelor Degree in Business with a minimum of 18 hours accounting coursework
* 3.0 / 4.0 Grade Point Average (Account GPA & Cumulative GPA) or equivalent
* Willingness to relocate and be mobile minded
* Excellent Initiative, Communication, Leadership and Interpersonal skills
* Professional Certification (Certified Public Accoutant (CPA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA) or equivalen will be highly preferred

Required Qualifications:
* College or university Bachelor degree, preferably in Packaging Engineering, Supply Chain/Logistics Management or Industrial Engineering. * Must be able to effectively communicate and work with all levels of personnel both inside and outside the Company * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Good oral and written English

The ERDP offers you a broad exposure to Caterpillar, presents perse project responsibilities, engages you in a global team, provides cross-functional job experiences, and includes valuable networking opportunities with all levels of Caterpillar leadership. In short, as soon as you enter one of Caterpillar's global facilities as an ERDP participant...you hit the ground running. How it works? The ERDP will provide you the foundation for future success as a selected member of the Caterpillar Product Development community. This community includes engineers in design, validation, test, simulation, and purchased parts technical support, maintenance and product/customer support of Cat product in research, new product introduction, and continuous product improvement. The ERDP is a multi-rotational assignment program lasting twelve months. Your specific rotation path is tailored to your intended job responsibilities and inpidual development needs. Your first rotation begins in your hiring organization where you will spend three to six months in design, test, development or validation. From there, you will have two or three 3-month rotations encompassing the full product life cycle and other cross-functional areas.
