2016年BMW Future Talent Programmes（英才发展计划）已经正式启动。针对本科生和研究生，BMW为2016届毕业生分别提供FastLane China (精英硕士生培养项目) 和Speedup China（精英本科生培养项目）两个子项目，详情如下：

1.       Programme Introduction（项目介绍）

Master your next career step - with our FastLane Programme for Master’s students.

精英硕士生培养项目——迈出职业发展的下一步

Target Group:    Master students from last school year.

目标人群：硕士最后一学年的学生

Objective: Develop master students into outstanding Specialists/Senior Specialists.

目标：将优秀的硕士研究生培养成为出色的专员/高级专员

Starting Time:     Nov. 2015.

开始时间： 2015年11月

Highlight:    On/off-job Training + Coaching by Buddy + eva luation.

项目特色：岗位实践 + 工作伙伴 +定期评估

Get a head start in your career - with our SpeedUp Programme for Bachelor students.

精英本科生培养项目——赢在职业起跑线

Target Group:    Bachelor students from last school year.

目标人群：本科最后一学年的学生

Objective:       Develop the most capable university bachelors into qualified specialists.

目标：将顶尖的本科生培养成为合格专员

Starting Time:     Nov. 2015.

开始时间： 2015年11月

Highlight:   On/off-job Training + Coaching by Buddy + eva luation.
