Strategy Development Analyst/Intern

Department: Strategy Development Department (SD)

Location: Shenzhen, China

Responsibilities:

l  Analyze new business models and innovative Internet applications

l  Monitor competitive activities and identify opportunities for growth

l  Develop a deep understanding of consumers' needs, attitudes, and

l  usage of specific Internet services

l  Provide strategic analysis and recommendations over a broad range of

l  management issues at corporate and business unit level

l  Facilitate execution of key initiatives across business units and functions

l  As part of the corporate strategy team, develop annual corporate

l  business plan and budget

Requirements:

l  This position is open to both graduate and undergraduate students

l  Outstanding academic record

l  Strong leadership potential as demonstrated by various types of achievements

l  High level of integrity, dedication and motivation

l  Passion for the Internet

l  Distinctive problem-solving skills and business sense

l  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

l  An effective team player

l  Fluency in oral and written English.

l  Good understanding of basic business issues
