We are looking for graduates to join us as an International Trainee. This program is designed to prepare candidates for an international career within the Vorwerk Group by offering an intensive twelve months journey with challenging cross-pisional and national assignments.

2016 IMT Program will officially launch in this summer, offering positions for:

· Marketing, Kobold Division

Our Program Will Provide

· Flexible design according to inpidual needs, expertise and job requirements, including trainings on technical, personal and leadership skills in different function
个性化、特制的、跨部门/跨文化的模块培训计划，包括专业技能、个性指导和领导力培训

· Mentoring by senior management throughout and after the program
由资深管理人员作为个人导师

· Placements in different countries and function
将在不同国家部门间轮岗

· Training on the job, operational and strategic tasks and projects in different fields of activity
提供在职在岗培训，及参与各领域营运管理与战略项目的机会

· Involving in Vorwerk Group to set international social network
融入福维克，建立国际化人际网络

Your Profile
应聘要求 

· Master degree with majors in either business administration, marketing & sales, finance, CRM
应届毕业的硕士研究生，主修工商管理、市场营销、财务金融、客户关系管理等相关专业

· International exposure and experience, e.g. an internship and/or study abroad
拥有国际化经历和视野（例如：国外学习或生活经验）

· Excellent in English, both verbal & written. Good communication command in one of the additional languages: German, French, Spanish, or Italian
能出色掌握英语或另一门外语（限德语、法语、西班牙语、意大利语）

· Skillful in Microsoft Office. Experience of SAP, PRINCE2 is preferred

· Personal Chrisma: analytical & creative; excellent interpersonal, project & time management skills; willingness to drive change, take on challenging tasks and to take on responsibility for different projects
