Job Description 工作职责：

1. Rotation in supply chain and factory functions for training
2. Maintenance management
Improve equipment reliability in availability, performance, quality, safety and sustainability
Implement maintenance playbook and improvement projects
3. Project management
Deliver CAPEX project on scope, quality, budget and schedule
Implement engineering playbook
4. Continuous improvement
Drive cost improvement initiatives/projects in VIC/FMC
Build up and maintain factory KPI performance tracking system
5. People development
Training and develop teams in problem solving methodology, technical skills and etc.
Maintain good team moral 

Job Requirement 工作要求：

1. Major related in mechanical/electrical engineering
2. Bachelor degree or above in well-known university
3. Fluent in English
4. Interested in supply chain, manufacturing and engineering 
5. Proactive, Technical curiosity
6. Effective communication skills
