About Job Positions

Position 1: Solution Consulting Analyst

Location: Shanghai / Beijing / Shenzhen / Guangzhou / Taiwan

Position Summary: The Analyst position is responsible for supporting the effective running of bids, account planning, projects and/or client engagements providing, performing general research and analysis as required. This is typically the entry level for junior candidates with little or no previous business experience. The main focus is on delivery, generally under guidance and supervision and is predominantly desk/office based. Inpiduals will be developing an understanding of Korn Ferry Hay Group (KFHG) tools, techniques and offerings. Although not directly accountable for business development, role holders will support the business development efforts of others through basic research, coordination and administration.

In your future role as Account Manager, you will be responsible to build, maintain and grow profitable relationships with clients on the recurring processes in the domain of pay (salary reviews, total compensation statements, etc.), talent (talent review, hi-potential detection, leadership development, etc.) and effectiveness (employee engagement and enablement). You will also ensure that we are serving (training etc.) our clients in line with required expectations.

Position 3: Intern Program

Location: Shanghai / Beijing / Shenzhen / Guangzhou / Taiwan / Hong Kong

Position Summary: Intern program is designed for students who would like to get practical experience in Korn Ferry Hay Group. We provide various positions, challenging tasks, mentoring and performance based full-time offer to ensure a rewarding internship experience.
