Summary
The Early Career Program-Operation (ECP-Operation) offers selected high potential candidates the opportunity to experience two to four management assignments over an intensive two-year period in the exciting environment of manufacturing, operations, engineering and logistics. Projects vary with the current business needs and utilize Lean Manufacturing methodologies. The associate will learn functional and technical aspects of our business, as well as general leadership skills. The incumbent will normally report to the site or functional manager.

2-4 different pisions and/or locations within China.

Job Responsibilities
Activities and duties will vary dependent upon functional area assigned. Activities may include, but are not limited to:

•Follow Assignment Managers’ instructions and rotate to different pisions and/or locations in order to gain experience in various functions in the company.

•Work independently and complete assignments or tasks on timely manner.

•Attend various trainings assigned by Assignment Managers and fully utilize the knowledge learned on daily operations and projects.>

•Assist on solving problems that arise in plants or sites.

•Provide assistance and feedback to Assignment Managers; recommend improvements or changes to the assembly process.

•Be accessible to people on the factory floor to discuss problems and ideas.

•Provide the required logistical support to operations.

•Complete and maintain appropriate documentation, prepare reports as required.

•Accomplish any other task as assigned by Assignment Managers.

Requirements
Applicants must have a bachelor's degree in manufacturing, engineering, logistics/supply chain management, or related discipline. English Band 4 is a must for PRC applicants.

Job Responsibilities
Implementation of Salesforce.com across the AP Region
Conduct training from Salesforce.com in order to become a trainer
Give training to our Sales & Marketing organization on how to use Salesforce.com
Set-up reporting structures and dashboards in order to use Salesforce.com as a management tool
Assist Regional Sales Managers on their Opportunity Pipeline and measure the progress
Align with OGSM activities
Facilitate sales & marketing campaigns in dedicated areas, products and markets

Need excellent English communication skills - verbally and in writing
