1. Mechanical / Electrical Engineer(若干)

岗位简介： 

 Main Responsibilities:

? Establish and document processes, and monitor when necessary to ensure process reliability under regular supervision;

? Continue to optimize manufacturing process by using fundamental statistical control and  process designed experimentation to enhance manufacturing operation;

? Troubleshoot process problems, recommend and implement solutions with supervisor’s help when needed;

? Adapt basic techniques and methods to develop process quality control methods for use by operators/technicians to ensure consistent quality product;

? Assist in the training and improvement of technical skills of production personnel;

? Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualification:

? Fresh graduate with Master degree major in Electrical, Mechanical , engineering or other related disciplines;

? Fluent English communication skill both in written and oral;

2. Adv. Product Engineer for CAP, ASD Lab

Job Responsibilities ： 

? Responsible for HF plant existing coated abrasive product & raw materials modification and process optimization

? Responsible for ASD coated abrasive product localization, modification and new development for China market

? Support new product commercialization process, define product control standard, trouble-shoot issues in new product commercialization process and meet project timelines

? Actively communicate and collaborate with local and global team

Qualifications：

? Master degree in Chemistry, Material or Polymer Science, with abrasive, resin, adhesive or coating background is preferred

? Can explore and study new opportunity independently

? Experienced in product localization, process optimization and product commercialization process.

? Team work and innovation, good communication skill

? Fluent oral and written English
