工业化学品

阿克苏诺贝尔工业化学品业务是欧洲最大的真空制盐商和全球领先的氯、苛性碱、一氯乙酸(MCA)供应商。我们生产的熔融态及片状的高纯度MCA以及MCA水溶液、乙醇溶液和甲醇溶液都在全球市场处于领先地位。工业化学品的总办事处位于上海，生产基地位于泰兴。阿克苏诺贝尔氯乙酸化工(泰兴)有限公司也是中国最大的优质氯乙酸供应商之一，为全球客户提供了优质片状氯乙酸和氯乙酸水溶液。目前，泰兴工厂的员工数量约为70余人。

工作描述

1. Adequate safety leadership through active application of the Stop Principle and engaging in constructive (safety) dialogue with peers and employees on the shop floor and strict compliance.

2. Lead Asset Integrity program in site, Ensure relevant laws, regulations and company’s HSES standard are being followed.

3. Be the technical strategist that advise the Asset manager:

a) Establish appropriate preventive maintenance and inspection plans that satisfy regulatory and business needs and stays abreast of changes in AkzoNobel and statutory requirements.

b) Ensure that required systems, processes, action tracking and progress overviews are available to monitor and govern adherence to the preventive inspection and maintenance plans.

c) Develop the concept of a maintenance plan for the site to ensure reliability and availability of process equipment and site infrastructure.

4. Perform root cause analysis by FMEA, RCM, PdM technologies, develop preventative maintenance plans and utilize predictive maintenance techniques to advise on appropriate maintenance planning.

5. Make active use and calls in detailed specialist knowledge where relevant from his peer maintenance engineer specialists in the Engineering discipline group or via third party functional advisers.

6. Support engineering projects at the site to ensure compliance with asset integrity guidelines, as a key stakeholder for the project team.

7. Provide input and data to support new business cases based on process modifications and/or modifications of existing operation.

Functional excellence

1. Move towards gaining functional excellence in local codes/standards, total productive maintenance, manufacturing support, problem solving, project management.

2. Execute applicable AkzoNobel policies, guidelines, processes, methodologies, working methods and systems.

3. Be able to use functional knowledge to drive equipment uptime while driving down maintenance cost.

Continuous improvement

1. Identify opportunities and make suggestions for improvement in maintenance processes, identifying and eliminating bad actors.

2. Closely follow the execution of the maintenance plan for the assigned unit and liaises with the maintenance engineer to continuously improve the maintenance concept to further improve reliability of process equipment and site infrastructure.

3. Be responsible for compliance with AkzoNobel standardized work processes and best practices on maintenance, projects and engineering.

Relation Management

1. Build and maintain a Maintenance network.

2. Participate and lead the development of an engineering community in the region to stay abreast of local requirements and regulations.

3. Participate in and executes value improving practices (peer reviews, value engineering) and knowledge management (sharing, maintaining, updating information and best practices.

1. Master degree, chemical machinery graduate from a reputed institute.

2. Strong interpersonal and communication skill.

3. Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin.

4. Good analytical and logical thinking.
