IR receiver and transmitter design-in and validation

       Optoelectronics lab customer test, measurement, calibration

       Automotive interior and exterior lighting designs, projections, stage lighting designs

岗位要求

       PhD/Master students in光电技术，激光物理，微电子，电子科学与技术，信息与通信工程，物理

Analog IC driver electronics knowledge

       Optical LightTool, Lucidshap, Zemax simulation tools

       LED, laser physics, optoelectronics technology

岗位二-       To support equipment requirements to meet schedule of the process and package

       Responsible for the continuous improvements of product and process

       To initiate investigation report (8D report) with members to identify root causes and actions to improve product and process reliability for customer complaint

       To generate and responsible for releasing of process parameter recording or check sheet and work instruction

岗位三-       Work with new BT team from working sample phase till qualification and volume production

       Conduct engineering DOEs and apply statistical analysis method to solve problems, make decision with data

       New process & material technology capabilities developments (glue, silicone, lead frame, led chip, cover tape)

       Continuous improvement on direct/indirect material cost down & yield enhancement program

       Master students in材料科学与工程，材料物理&化学，高分子材料，微电子

       Material knowledge on polymer material

       Basic semiconductor knowledge

       Proficient in standard business application software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, etc.)

       Excellent English communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills

       Self-motivated, independent, passion, open mind to communicate, be willing to take risk

岗位四-       VB workflow application development and configuration

       Other assigned administrative tasks (reporting, documentation)
