Main Task：

岗位职责

1. Support HR team to handle with recruitment, training, etc.

协助完成人力资源相关辅助性工作，如人事信息管理、招聘简历筛选与面试现场跟进、培训活动组织等

2. Support administrative team to handle with meeting preparation, data entering, etc.

协助完成行政后勤相关辅助性工作，如会务准备、合同整理、数据整理与录入等

Requirements:

岗位要求

1. Bachelor degree and above（Overseas returnees are welcome）;

2017届全日制本科及以上（含留学归国）;

2. Majoring in HR management, Administrative management, Marketing , International Economics and Trade、linguistics、Computer science;

人力资源管理、行政管理、市场营销、国际贸易、语言类、对外汉语、计算机等专业;

3. Excellent in written and speaking English;

英语说写流利;

4. Be pro-active, Self-motivated, responsible;

主动积极、有上进心、有责任心;

5. Clear thinking and be skillful for interpersonal communication; Excellent in writing; 

思路清晰，善于沟通; 有一定文案书写能力;

6. Must be available for at least 3 days a week for 3 months (Mandatory).

一周至少工作三天，工作三个月及以上，可以尽快入职

Compensation: RMB 130 per day

实习补贴： 130元/天

Office Location: City Center Tower A, Changning District, Shanghai;

At the beginning, the trainee will feel difficult to do the work, the manager will let you improve step by step, grasp and learn a lot in the problem solving; HR pision will arrange the one-year training program on the topics of culture, procedure, products, working experience, etc.
