Project and Maintenance Manager

Function

Ensure the smooth moving/transition of factory to the new place. Ensure production has adequate engineering and maintenance support, initiate and coordinate the continuous improvement projects.

Hierarchy

The Project and Maintenance Manager reports directly to the Operations Manager with a dotted line to the Corporate Engineering team.

Responsibilities

The Project and Maintenance Manager responsibilities, among others, are:

· Supervise the decoration, installation of bag house, filtering system and ventilation, the equipment installation, coordinate the production line set-up based on the layout and production process smooth transfer in the new facility. Make sure the project follows the schedule;

· Provide maintenance on all factory facility system;

· Provide process and engineering support to production;

· Participate in the analysis and search for causes of nonconformities and the devising of corrective action needed to ensure that defects do not re occur;

· Participate in the formulation of work instructions for new equipment and processes;

· Initiate and maintain the engineering documents and coordinate the ongoing application of a quality management system based on TS16949 & environmental management system based on ISO14001 standard;

· Responsible for production equipment running normally, and develop and update the maintenance and preventive maintenance schedule and procedures according to the machine manual instruction and company requirement;

· Improve and maintain spare parts Management system, ensure spare parts and components in place duly;

· Organize 7S training and monitor 7S.

Management Responsibilities

The Project and Maintenance Manager has the supervisory responsibility to:

· Assign tasks to maintenance employees;

· Coordinate and verify the execution of the assigned tasks;

· Provide and record training to personnel assigned to maintenance team;

· eva luate the performance of employees assigned to maintenance team.

Qualification Criteria

The Project and Maintenance Manager should possess:

· English spoken (fluent) and written (fluent);

· at least a Bachelor's degree in engineering;

· a thorough understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and electrical system;

· a thorough understanding of 5 tools in TS16949, basic knowledge on TS1949 and ISO14001, participated in internal audit (preferred)

· a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a supervisory capacity in the equipment maintenance;

· Familiar with the factory facilities system (central air conditioning system, air pressure system, power supply and distribution system) routine maintenance plan development, spare parts planning and emergency treatment technical support

•为生产提供流程和工程支持;

•参与分析不符合项的原因，并设计的纠正措施已确保缺陷不再发生;

•参与制定新设备和工艺的作业指导书;

•启动和维护工程文件，协调基于ISO14001环境管理体系标准和TS16949质量管理体系的持续应用;

•负责生产设备运行正常，根据机器使用说明书和公司要求开发和更新维护保养和维护计划和程序;

•改进和维护备件管理系统，妥善保证零配件到位;

•组织7S培训和监测7S。

管理责任

项目和维护经理的监督职能：

•为维修人员分配任务;

•协调并检验分配的任务的执行情况;

•为分配给维护团队的人员提供培训和记录培训;

•评估分配给维护团队的员工的绩效。

职位要求标准

项目和维护经理应具备：

•英语书面、口语（流利）;

•至少具有工程学学士学位;

•充分了解液压，气动，机械和电气系统;

•全面了解TS1694系统9中的5个工具，TS1949和ISO14001的基础知识，曾参与公司内部审核（优先考虑）

•至少五（5）年设备维护的管理经验;

•熟悉工厂设施系统（中央空调系统，气压系统，供电、配电系统）日常维护计划开发，备件规划和应急处理技术支持
