（一）聘期内应争取入选“国家特支计划”，获得国家杰出青年基金（“杰青”）、国家优秀青年基金资助（“优青”）资助，或受聘教育部“长江学者”特聘教授，或入选教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划等。（二）按照学校本科和研究生教学的相关规定，讲授本专业课程。（三）负责提出本学科具有前瞻性、创新性的研究课题，力争取得重大标志性成果；应在每个聘期内（三年），以第一作者或通讯作者身份在本领域顶级国际学术期刊和会议上发表论文4篇及以上。（四）每个聘期内应至少主持1项新增国家自然科学基金项目。六年聘期内应至少主持3项国家级项目，其中国家级重点项目（或以上）至少1项。（五）应推动本学科学术梯队建设，引进海外优秀留学回国人员、培养青年人才，根据学科特点组建并带领一支创新团队开展教学科研活动，促进学科整体水平的提升.

Outstanding Youth Science Fund, “Cheung Kong Scholar” or New Century Talents
Support Plan of Ministry of Education.
2.Teach courses according to undergraduate and postgraduate teaching
requirements.
3.Conduct innovative research and make significant achievements.within
every three-year employment, publish at least four papers in top
international conferences and journals as first author or correspondence
author.
4.lead at least one new Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC)
project within every three-year employment. Within six years, chair at least
three national-level projects, which include at least one national-level key
project.
5.Help promote the construction of academic echelon, such as recruit
overseas talents, train young talents, and build an internationally
recognized team to romote the discipline level |
（一）遵守中华人民共和国法律、法规，遵守学校规章制度；治学严谨，勇于探索；具有协同创新精神。身心健康。
（二）获得博士学位。年龄原则上不超过40岁。
（三）已在本学科主流研究方向上取得国内外同行公认的标志性成果。

（一）预聘制教师岗位聘用人员实行协议年薪制。年薪不低于35万元。
（二）预聘制教师可申请“山东大学基本科研业务费资助项目”人才引进类专项的科研项目。
（三）在科研环境及研究生招生指标等方面给予预聘制教师适度倾斜。
（四）进入学校人才体系的预聘制教师，科研启动经费、人才引进及学科建设经费等按学校协议执行。
（五）纳入学校常规教师体系者，不再享受预聘期内岗位待遇
