能够独立进行材料化学科研及项目工程化，包括胶体材料的理论探索并发表高水平论文、新型胶体材料制备及应用以及工程化试验。
Be able to independently conduct materials
chemistry research and project engineering, including theoretical exploration
of colloid materials and publication of high-level papers, new type colloid
material production and application, as well as engineering test. |
（一）年薪
学术类教师，来校后聘任专业技术职务的，其年薪依据学术水平和承担的工作任务确定。讲师：12—14万元；副教授：15—18万元；教授：21—27万元。
（二）综合医疗保险
每人每年￥1680。

Academic teachers,those who are employed as professional technical
position,its annual salary will based on academic level and work tasks.
Lecturer: 12-140000 yuan; Associate professor: 15-180000 yuan; Professor:
21-270000 yuan

在3年聘期内在国外顶尖管理学杂志以第一作者身份发表学术论文2篇及以上，以主持人身份承担省级及以上或国际合作课题1项。
Teach relevant courses for the students, the
total teaching hours should be at least 120 per year.
Research tasks: 1.publish no less than 2 papers (or receive the formal
notification) on top foreign management journals in 3 year's term; 2.Undertake
one provincial (and above) research project or international cooperation
project. |
1.海外知名高校博士毕业或海外博士后；
2.有相关学科授课经验，并在相关领域发表过高水平科研论文。
1.doctoral-degree holder from overseas prestigious universities or have
