（一）预聘制教师聘期内应争取入选“国家特支计划”，获得国家杰出青年基金（“杰青”）、国家优秀青年基金资助（“优青”）资助，或受聘教育部“长江学者”特聘教授，或入选教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划等。
（二）按照学校本科和研究生教学的相关规定，讲授本专业课程。
（三）负责提出本学科具有前瞻性、创新性的研究课题，力争取得重大标志性成果；应在每个聘期内，以第一作者或通讯作者身份在本领域顶级国际学术期刊和会议上发表论文2篇及以上。
（四）三年聘期内应至少主持1项国家级项目。

Support Plan of Ministry of Education.
2.Teach courses according to undergraduate and postgraduate teaching
